User Data Deletion
If you signed in to Cờ Tướng Online (Xiangqi Online) with Google, we store: the provider (Google), your Google account identifier, your display name, profile picture URL, creation date, Win/Loss/Draw statistics, Elo ratings, the private messages you sent / received and your block list (details in the Privacy Policy). Guests who never signed in have no data to delete in our database.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to huydinhvn1@gmail.com with the subject “Cờ Tướng Online data deletion”.
- In the email, include your in-game display name and your account ID if available (shown in the box below while you are signed in).
- We will delete all of your account data (name, avatar, identifiers, statistics, private messages, block list) from our database within 30 days and confirm by email.
Revoking the app’s access
- Google: go to myaccount.google.com/connections → choose “Cờ Tướng Online” → Delete all connections.
Removing the app only stops sharing your profile from then on; to delete data that is already stored, send the email described above.
Data on your device
Click “Sign out” in the lobby to delete the sign-in cookie. To remove the settings saved in your browser (the name you typed, sound, language, games against the computer…), clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
