Terms of Use
By using Cờ Tướng Online – “Xiangqi Online” (the “service”), you agree to the terms below. The Vietnamese version is available at /dieu-khoan; both versions have the same content.
1. The service
The service lets you play Xiangqi (Chinese chess) and Jieqi (hidden pieces) online with other people through game rooms, watch games, chat in rooms and play against the computer. The service is free. You can play as a guest or (optionally) sign in with Google to keep your name and statistics.
2. Accounts
- Sign-in is handled by Google; you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
- Your display name comes from your Google profile and is shown to other people in the same room.
- You can stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time (see Data Deletion).
3. Conduct
- Respect other players; do not use names or messages that are offensive, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent or illegal.
- Private messages (between signed-in players only): no spam, advertising, scams or harassment; each person can send at most 10 messages per 30 seconds, 500 characters per message. You can Block anyone so that they can no longer message you.
- Do not cheat to distort statistics (for example by playing against yourself with several accounts), and do not attack, overload or exploit bugs in the service.
We may delete rooms, messages or statistics, or block accounts that break these rules.
4. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. It may be interrupted, contain errors, lose games in progress (for example when the server restarts), or change or stop operating without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of the service.
5. Privacy
How data is collected and used is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the page will be changed. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version. Contact: huydinhvn1@gmail.com.
